• marketing - we will set your BnB up on or more platforms to maximize traffic and generate an inviting description. We also know how the platforms work to maximize traffic, bookings, pricing, to ensure your listing performs to its higest potential.

• guest communication/booking - we will personally manage all guest communication customized to the way you think it should be handled or you can leave it to us; guest inquiry, check-in/out, house expectations, questions during their stay, reviews, and MOST importantly guest satisfaction.

• housekeeping/maintenance - we will take care of all cleaning and maintenance needs; interviewing, scheduling, training, replacing broken items, and fielding urgent issues promptly and efficiently with as little disruption to the guest’s experience as we are able.

• finances - we focus on maximizing your ROI with well thought out pricing, pay cleaning and maintenance teams, calculate state/county taxes, provide you with remittance services, and provide monthly earnings reports.

It is impossible to cover every unique situation therefore the first step is to request a person-to-person conversation for more information on how we can help manage your BnB. The second step is to assess your property, research county/city regulations, permits, and confirm compliance. Based on all this information, we will conclude our initial assessment by providing our fees based on the level of your desired management.
